Fish Soup 生鱼汤    

 

Recommended Serving Size: 1-2 Pax

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse herbs with water
2. Add 1.2 - 1.5 litres of water together with one serving of preferred fish
3. Bring to boil and continue to simmer over low fire for 1 and a half hour
4. Season to taste and it is Ready to serve
煮法:
1. 用清水冲洗药材
2. 将药材与您所喜爱的鱼类放入锅中,添加 1.2 - 1.5 毫升水
3. 大火煮沸后,小火煮一小时半
4. 适量调味后即可享用
