We provide free delivery when your total amount is equal or more than S$100!
Delivery services are available at $15 per address (for purchase less than S$100).
*Please note that during peak seasons such as Chinese New Year and Public Holidays we do not guarantee the time slot or preferred day for delivery services. Delivery schedule/timings based on availability. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Goods pick up option is available at Factory (Aljunied) or Retail Outlet (Chinatown).
Alternatively, customers are advised to state their contact number during 'Checkout' under 'Note to seller', thereafter, our team will contact you to confirm the information.
Refund and Order Cancellation:
Tam Kah Shark's Fin accepts FULL REFUND only if met by the Terms and Conditions of Refund, if customers are not satisfied with the products purchased.
Only price of the product items will be refunded. (e.g. one packet of $6 fish skin, only $6 will be refunded)
Full Refund must be done in-person by visiting our Factory (Aljunied) or Retail Outlet (Chinatown) for product exchange or any forms of monetary refund.
Conditions to qualify for full refund:
Goods are to be returned to our Factory (Aljunied) or Retail Outlet (Chinatown) in their original condition (unopened, undamaged).
Goods purchased within 7 days from date of purchase.
Proof of purchase from Tam Kah (e.g. Receipt, Email, SMS)
Any customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerances or food allergies please be aware that there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum, others etc. Tam Kah will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed.
Food Allergy Disclaimer:
Tam Kah makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reactions for those with food allergies. There is always risk of contamination as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum, others etc, although we have strict cross contamination policies; we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our food.
