Our main products are Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Shark's Fin, Fish Maw, Marine Products, Bird's Nest, Cordyceps, Ginseng and other Medicinal Tonic Wholesale and Retail.

Being a committed and visionary entrepreneur, our founder, Tam Wang Kei continues to grow the Tam Kah brand. In a short span of time, Tam Kah Shark’s Fin now has a total of 5 restaurants, 5 Retail outlets and a number of factories in both Singapore and Macau.

Tam Kah Shark’s Fin is committed to preserving the rich traditions of Chinese cuisine in contemporary ways. Our team of dedicated chefs is constantly developing new Recipes to cater to the ever-changing taste of today’s consumers. We aim to give our clients the best of its quality.

TAM KAH ABALONE

Abalone is one of the most highly regarded seafood delicacy in the Chinese cuisine culture. With the high demands of such delicacies, Tam Kah has sourced from many countries for their finest abalone to fulfil the demand. Today, Tam Kah is proud to offer a wide range of Green, Brown and Black-lip abalones – from Mexico, Chile, South Africa, Middle East, China, Japan, Taiwan, Australia to New Zealand.

Love Shark’s Fin? Tam Kah also offer a selection of premium seafood which include Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Abalone. Tam Kah even carries Crab Roe prepared from fresh crabs! It pairs very well with Tam Kah’s Signature Shark’s Fin, be sure to get yours as they sell out really fast!

We are open daily from 9am to 9pm, come on over when you’re free. Our kitchen operates from 11am-2pm, 3pm-8pm. Chinese and Western cuisine are both available, check out our set meals which are of great value! We welcome advance orders!
