Energising Tonic Soup 十全大补汤 

 

Recommended Serving Size: 1-2 Pax

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse herbs with water
2. Add 1.5 litres of water together with 300-500g of meat (Chicken/Pork)
3. After boiling over high heat, continue to cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours
4. Add salt to preference and it is ready to serve
煮法:
1. 用清水冲洗药材
2. 将药材与 300 至 500克 您所喜爱的肉类 (鸡肉/猪肉) 放入锅中,添加 1.5 毫升水
3. 大火煮滚后,用小火继续煮约 1.5小时
4. 加入适量盐然后即可享用
