Cooking Method:
1. Thaw Hong Kong Cured Meat Rice and sauce for 2-3 hours
2. Steam/Cook over small fire for 10-20 minutes or till content is hot
3. Add sauce and Garnish according to individual preference
4. The delicious Hong Kong Cured Meat Rice is ready to be served
